been designing and making Wedding and celebration cakes for over 20 years and is city and guilds qualified with distinctions. She
has appeared on local and national television as well as being featured in numerous Cake Decorating magazines.
Also Kim has been awarded 3 Gold Medals at the prestigious Hotelympia International
catering exhibition in London.
Kim can design a cake for you to compliment the theme of your Wedding or if
you have your own ideas, she will help you develop them into a cake that will be the centre piece of your reception.
